Please note: The online reservation system is only applicable to customers who have purchased the medical check-up service and have successfully paid for it.
Only appointment applications after seven days are accepted. Appointment applications less than seven days will not be accepted.
A health service consultant will reply to your appointment request via WhatsApp after three working days. Please book early during busy seasons and around long holidays.
It is strongly recommended that you fill in the second-choice medical examination center/time to reserve the most suitable medical examination time.
If you have purchased two or more medical examination services in the same order, please submit an appointment application separately.
In case of any disputes, SmartCare HK reserves the right of final decision.
